Military-standard morale patches are typically 3x2 inches (rectangle) or 3-inch round, sized to fit MOLLE gear panels and tactical vest loop fields. Hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing is the universal standard — hook side attached to the patch, with loop fields on the vest or plate carrier. Yes. We produce PVC morale patches with IR-reflective material embedded in specific design elements — flag patches, name tapes, or unit identifiers. IR-reflective patches are invisible in standard lighting but appear bright under night-vision equipment. Squad-level morale patch orders typically range from 12-25 pieces for a single platoon or team. Company-level orders range from 50-150 pieces. We have no minimum order, so a two-person scout sniper team can order just 2 patches as easily as a battalion can order 800. Pricing scales with quantity, with significant per-unit reductions at 25, 50, 100, and 500 pieces.
