Yes. We use low-IR signature thread for all subdued OCP and multicam patches, tested to stay dark under PVS-14 and similar NVG devices. Tell us in the order notes that the patch is for tactical use and we automatically swap to IR-safe thread at no extra cost. Standard subdued thread from cheaper shops will glow white under NODs and get you flagged on a night op.

Yes, if you provide the official unit crest, DUI reference, or TIOH approval. We will not invent or modify authorized heraldry, but we will reproduce your official unit insignia in subdued, full-color, or PVC. Send a clear reference image or your unit's heraldic description and our design team matches it exactly in the 24-hour mockup.

There is no minimum. We regularly produce 10 to 25 piece runs for fire teams, squads, and small detachments at the same per-piece quality as our 1,000-piece orders. The economics get better above 50, but a 12-patch deployment commemorative run is completely normal for us.

In most cases yes, but we will tell you straight if we cannot. Standard production is 7 to 14 business days plus 2 to 5 days shipping. Rush runs 4 to 7 business days at $50 for 50 pieces up to $200 for 1,000. Add your deployment date in the order notes and we confirm a hard ship date by email within 6 hours, no guesswork.

Velcro for anything that swaps between uniforms or kit, period. We add hook to the patch back and supply matching loop pieces for $30 flat per design, regardless of quantity. Sew-on works for permanent placement on flight suits or BDUs, and iron-on is fine for morale patches that live on a single jacket. Skip iron-on for anything going on Nomex or treated fabric.

Yes. PVC handles 3D layering, glow-in-the-dark fills, and IR-reflective flag elements that embroidered thread cannot match. Reverse-field flags, blood type tabs, IFF panels, and unit callsign patches all work better in PVC for field durability. Add the IR-reflective option in the upgrades step and we use 3M Scotchlite-grade reflective material on the specified areas.
