Yes, if you provide the official unit crest, DUI reference, or TIOH approval. We will not invent or modify authorized heraldry, but we will reproduce your official unit insignia in subdued, full-color, or PVC. Send a clear reference image or your unit's heraldic description and our design team matches it exactly in the mockup, which comes back in 12 to 24 hours.

Our minimum is 5 pieces. Squad and fire-team runs are completely normal for us — a 12-patch deployment commemorative gets the same materials, the same Pantone matching, and the same money-back guarantee as a 1,000-piece order. The per-piece economics improve above 50, but there are no setup fees or small-order surcharges at any quantity.

In most cases yes, and we will tell you straight if we cannot. Standard production is 7 to 14 business days after you approve the mockup, plus shipping. Rush production is available on qualifying orders in about 6 to 7 business days, with the surcharge scaled by quantity (from $100 on runs up to 50 pieces). Put your wheels-up date in the order notes and we confirm a firm ship date by email, typically within 2 business hours. If we cannot meet your date we say so before you pay, and if a confirmed rush date is missed the rush fee is refunded.

Velcro for anything that swaps between uniforms or kit. We add the hook side to the patch back and supply matching loop pieces; Velcro is charged separately on every order. Sew-on works for permanent placement on flight suits or BDUs, and iron-on is fine for morale patches that live on a single jacket. Skip iron-on entirely for Nomex or treated flame-resistant fabric.

Yes to all three. PVC handles 3D layering that embroidered thread cannot match — the base is about 2.5 mm thick and each raised layer adds roughly 0.5 mm, up to five layers. Glow-in-the-dark fill is available on both PVC and embroidered patches. We also offer reflective grey (3M Scotchlite-grade) elements. To be precise about what that is: it is standard retro-reflective material that lights up under a torch or headlights — it is not IR-reflective or low-IR-signature material, which is a different night-vision specification we do not offer. Reverse-field flags, blood type tabs, and unit callsign patches all work well in PVC for field durability, since moulded rubber does not fray at the edges the way stitched thread can.
