What the TPU layer on chenille TPU patches is
We lay a coloured TPU sheet over the twill before the chenille yarn is stitched on. The smooth, glossy TPU shows around the letters and between the loops, where a standard chenille patch shows felt.
Everything else about the patch is chenille: the same looped yarn, the same bold shapes and letters.

- If a chenille patch sheds, fades or lifts within 25 home washes when cared for as instructed (no bleach, no hot tumble-drying), we remake it free. It does not cover damage from ironing the front or from abrasion. All chenille, glitter included, is dry-clean safe.

Choose the perfect backing for your patches
Iron On
Heat-activated adhesive fused to the TPU base. Press with a household iron or heat press for a strong, clean bond on hoodies, denim jackets, and flat-surface fabrics. The TPU layer improves adhesion compared to standard iron-on patches. Recommended for casual and everyday wear.
Sew On
The most durable attachment method for chenille TPU patches. Stitched directly into the fabric for a permanent, wash-proof hold. Ideal for athletic uniforms, varsity jackets, and any garment that goes through frequent washing or heavy use. Recommended for long-term applications.
Velcro
Hook-and-loop backing for easy on-and-off attachment. Perfect for uniforms, tactical gear, or apparel where you want to swap patches between garments. The flexible TPU base pairs well with velcro for a flat, secure hold without bulk.
Sticker Backing
Pressure-sensitive adhesive for quick, temporary application on smooth surfaces. Great for product packaging, displays, helmets, or water bottles. Not recommended for fabric that gets washed. Best used when a permanent bond is not needed.
