Rush orders arrive in hand in as fast as 5 business days on eligible orders, compared to our standard 11-15 business days turnaround. Your free digital mockup arrives in 12-24 hours, and after you order rush we confirm your exact in-hand date by email within 2–6 staffed hours (Mon–Sat, 11 AM–7 PM EST). If the date doesn't work, we remove the rush upgrade and refund the rush fee.

Yes, when the order qualifies. Rush is confirmed order by order against one rule with five parts: the patch type is one of our standard rush materials (Embroidered, PVC, woven, chenille, leather, printed); the destination; the quantity per design (up to 250 pieces per design gets a rush date straight away, above that we confirm it by email); how complex the artwork is; and our production capacity on your dates. We confirm your in-hand date in writing within 2–6 staffed hours (Mon–Sat, 11 AM–7 PM EST) of ordering, before the rush fee is charged. A rush order ships in more than one shipment only under a written plan that we send and you accept before production starts. The plan sets which pieces ship first and the in-hand date of each shipment. Without an accepted written plan, the whole order ships together on the confirmed date. For Wise's Nasdaq Times Square activation we delivered 9,600 woven patches across 16 designs in two shipments on May 4 and May 7, under a plan agreed in writing, both on the contractual dates, with every design approved before production. For event deadlines, uniform rollouts, and line-of-duty memorial patches, tell us your date and we plan production around it.

Rush costs 25% of your order total with a $50 minimum, on every order type — the calculator and the fixed-price packs use the same rule. All six patch types the calculator prices qualify for rush production, from 5 pieces: embroidered, PVC, woven, chenille, leather, and printed. PVC rush production takes 5–8 business days because every design needs its own mould, so a PVC rush date is later than the others and is confirmed in writing for each order. That is not a policy line; it is the order book. Rush is genuinely the exception — 68 of 1,232 orders to 9 September 2026, about 1 in 18, counting orders where rush was actually requested or the rush fee was charged — and the production log below carries a leather and a printed example alongside the others, regenerated straight from our order records, so what it shows is what the CRM holds rather than a curated selection. Backing options — iron-on, sew-on, Velcro, sticker — don't affect the rush timeline.
