Rush Delivery Policy
The same terms as every other rush order, with the UK transit line. If anything here conflicts with a quote we sent you in writing, the written quote wins.
- Who can rush
- All six materials we price — custom embroidered patches, PVC, woven, chenille, leather and printed — from 5 pieces. Specialty finishes (sequin, chenille TPU, chenille glitter and 3D embroidered transfers) are reviewed by hand before we commit to a rush date.
- When the clock starts
- At your written mockup approval — not when you pay, and not when you submit artwork. Production cannot begin before sign-off, so that is the only honest start point.
- UK transit
- 2-4 business days from dispatch, and it is what the estimator uses. That is a measured figure, not an assumption: 6 carrier-verified UK deliveries, median 3 business days, range 1-4. It replaced a published 5-7 that was quoting slower than we actually deliver.
- When we confirm your date
- Within 2 to 6 staffed hours, Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM ET. A request arriving outside those hours is answered first thing the next staffed day.
- What rush costs
- 25% of the patch subtotal including backing add-ons, with a $50 minimum. Shipping and UK duty are already included, so nothing else is surcharged. Negotiated wholesale terms override this — see our guarantees.
- Duty and VAT
- Every UK shipment goes delivered duty paid. VAT, customs duty and import handling are settled before the parcel arrives and are already inside the USD price. There is nothing to pay the courier.
- If we cannot meet your deadline
- We charge no rush fee and offer the standard date instead. If you decline before production starts, you are refunded in full.
- If we miss a date we confirmed
- The rush fee is refunded in full. That is the remedy.
- Split shipments
- A rush order ships in more than one shipment only under a written plan that we send and you accept before production starts. The plan sets which pieces ship first and the in-hand date of each shipment. Without an accepted written plan, the whole order ships together on the confirmed date.

Every date here is a carrier scan, never someone clicking “delivered” in our system. 6 UK deliveries are carrier-verified; the three remaining numbers in our ledger are neither FedEx nor DHL Express formats and stay unverified rather than guessed at. Only PP-11455 was a rush order, which is why it is the only row carrying an approval-to-in-hand figure.

- 9,600 woven patches across 16 designs, split-shipped 4 and 7 May 2026 — both on the contractual date, no rush surcharge. That was a US activation, not a UK one, but it is the same floor and the same schedulers.
Rush production itself is 1 to 3 business days on standard patch types, whatever the destination. The UK number above is that production window plus the 2-day DHL Express Worldwide run — which is why a bigger order moves the date by production time, not by transit.
