Yes, for all five branches. We follow each service's cadet uniform regulation for rank devices, unit patches, and distinctive unit insignia. Send your unit designation and we will match the approved heraldry, or work from your existing uniform reference photos if you have them. Iron-on backing is standard so cadets can apply patches without sewing.

Yes, this is one of our most common school orders. Send a roster spreadsheet with first name, last name, and any position or rank, and we produce one named patch per student. Pricing typically lands at $4 to $6 per piece for runs of 50 to 200 students, with 10 to 14 business day turnaround.

No minimum. We regularly produce 10 to 25 piece runs for clubs that small without any setup fee penalty. The 50-piece Starter tier on our Offers page gets you the best per-piece price, but a 12-piece run costs the same per piece quality-wise.

Yes. We issue formal PO-friendly invoices on letterhead with our EIN, mailing address, and itemized breakdown. Email lance@pandapatches.com with your specs before ordering and we send a quote suitable for board submission within one business day. Net 30 terms are available for verified school accounts on orders above $500.

Standard production is 7 to 14 business days plus 2 to 5 days shipping, so order at least 4 weeks before your deadline to be safe. Rush production cuts that to 4 to 7 business days at a small upcharge based on quantity. Tell us your hard deadline in the order notes and we confirm whether we can hit it within 6 hours, before any payment processes.

Iron-on for parent-applied patches on cotton or poly-cotton uniforms, band shirts, and most JROTC items. Sew-on for varsity letter jackets, leather sleeves, and any patch on a heavily textured fabric. We default to iron-on for school orders since most parents apply at home, but specify sew-on at no extra cost if your uniform supplier handles application.

Yes. Schools often order a logo patch, a club patch, and a name patch all in one order. Each unique design counts as a separate item with its own setup, but we ship them together and bill once. Email lance@pandapatches.com with all your designs and quantities for a combined quote.
