If you order rockers separately months later, we keep your color codes on file for 12 months to maintain the match.

We strongly recommend against iron-on for leather. The heat needed to bond iron-on adhesive damages leather, and the bond fails within weeks anyway. Sew-on with heavy twill backing is the only proper construction for back patches on a cut. We default all back patches to sew-on for this reason.

No minimum. We regularly run 5 to 15 prospect bars and one-off memorial patches with the same quality as larger orders. Memorial patches for fallen members get prioritized in production at no extra cost, just note it in the order so we flag it.

No. We do not produce 1%, Hells Angels, Bandidos, Outlaws, Mongols, Pagans, or any patch using established club insignia without verified authorization from the actual chapter. This protects both us and you. If you are a chartered chapter of an established club, we need verification before production starts.

We produce back patches up to 14 inches across, with the 12 inch size being most common. Heavy twill backing with Merrow rolled border is the standard build, and that combo handles leather, denim, and canvas equally well. For sets larger than 12 inches we recommend dividing the design across top rocker, center, and bottom rocker rather than one massive single piece.

Yes, and we typically make these as 4-inch curved or rectangular bars that match the chapter color scheme. Order them with your main set so the colors match. Most chapters order a set of 5 to 8 officer patches at a time, which we quote custom at competitive pricing.
