Turnaround time (production, transit, in hand)
Turnaround time is the total from mockup approval to the parcel in the customer's hands. It has two parts factories often blur: production (digitizing, stitching, finishing, QC) and transit (courier days to the destination). "In hand" is the only number that matters to a buyer; a quoted "production time" that excludes shipping is not a delivery date.

From our production data
Standard production is 7–10 business days. Rush orders are 5.5% of everything we ship all-time — 68 of 1,232 orders, to 9 September 2026. Fastest carrier-verified in-hand: US 5 business days; UK 3 business days (order PP-11455, approved Wed 9 Sept 2026, DHL Express delivered Mon 14 Sept 2026, waybill 9663883526). Median Karachi→UK transit across six carrier-verified shipments: 3 business days (range 1–4).
When to choose it — and when not to
Ask for rush when you have a dated event and ≤ 250 pieces; confirm the in-hand date in writing before paying.
Don't pay for rush when standard production already lands before your date — the calculator shows both.
